As a Development and Support Manager, and Dementia champion at Coverage Care Services, Lea Fretwell is thrilled to share that the company are celebrating their 30th anniversary this year! To mark this special occasion, she has decided to take a leap of faith - literally - by jumping out of a plane from 13,000ft to raise funds and make a difference.

Working tirelessly behind the scenes, a dedicated team of support staff operates from Allison House in Shrewsbury, ensuring that Coverage Care’s 11 homes run smoothly. This team includes HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, Training and Maintenance departments. Including several committed individuals within the Finance Team, whose service averages at 14 years.

At Lightmoor View Care Home in Telford, activity coordinator Sam is always on the lookout for new and exciting entertainment ideas. Music has always been a hit at Lightmoor view, lifting spirits and sparking wonderful memories.
