What is Day Centre Care?
Day Centre:
Caring for someone and managing day to day life or juggling work and caring can be difficult, we understand there are times when you simply need a few hours to attend appointments / go shopping / you time or you need support for longer days to manage other commitments. Day care enables you to plan for those times.
You may wish to explore longer term options and we understand that moving into residential care is a significant decision. To assist with this, we offer day centre services at several of our homes. These services provide short-term support or help individuals explore permanent residential care.
Our Approach:
- Locations: Two of our homes offer day centre services: Barclay Gardens in Telford, and Innage Grange in Bridgnorth.
- Support: Guests spend the day with us, enjoying lunch and activities in a warm, friendly, and safe environment.
- Booking: Places need to be booked. For more information, please visit our care home pages and contact the teams to arrange a visit.
