Lightmoor View is situated near to the stunning Ironbridge Gorge, a world heritage site in Telford, and offers residential, nursing, and specialist dementia care.
Our specialist dementia nursing service understands the unique needs of those living with the condition and provides the appropriate level of individual support.
The home is designed with the latest facilities and healthcare technology, enabling older adults and those with dementia to live life to the fullest. Additionally, we support Discharge to Assess, ensuring that patients receive the necessary care to recover from a hospital stay without remaining in hospital longer than needed.

All accommodation is maintained to a high standard offering residents a feeling of comfort, warmth, and safety. All bedrooms are en-suite, ensuring comfort and privacy.
There are a variety of quiet zones and communal areas for socializing, all designed to be as friendly and welcoming as possible while our activities foster a sense of community and belonging, making everyone feel like an integral part of life within the home and its wider community.

Nursing care involves the comprehensive and continuous support provided by nurses and skilled care assistants to our residents who have medical and health needs.
This care includes 24-hour interventions to address various medical conditions, ensuring residents receive the necessary medical attention and emotional support.

We recognise there are times when a rest is needed and that is where respite can help, a short stay in a care home can support the on- going needs of the carer and the person they care for.
All residents at Lightmoor View enjoy a variety of healthy and delicious food options, including three meals daily, plus elevenses, and afternoon tea.
Our qualified chef prepares food on-site using locally sourced produce, catering to all dietary requirements.
Residents have access to healthy snacks and drinks throughout the day and night, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
