Louise McFadzean

Non-Executive Member and Chair of Audit

Louise joined our Board in July 2024 and is the Chair of our Audit and Risk Committee. Louise is a Chartered Accountant, she started her career in audit and subsequently moved into industry.

With over 20 years’ experience as a senior finance leader, and knowledge of the Food and Travel Retail, Manufacturing and Public Sector Organisations, Louise has a strong track record in financial strategy, governance and organisational transformation.

Louise also has experience as a charity trustee, school governor and board member and advisor in several other organisations.
