Ian's career has been in Human Resources, he was Group HR Director and a member of the executive committees of 2 FTSE 100 businesses.

Following this he founded a management consultancy business which he successfully ran for over 10 years.

Alongside his role at Coverage Care, Ian is a Trustee of Muscular Dystrophy UK, Severn Rivers Trust and North Warwickshire Citizens Advice.
