At Coverage Care, our number one priority is the health and safety of residents, their families, and our staff.

From the 15th March 2022 people working or volunteering in care homes are no longer required to have received a COVID-19 vaccine to enter the premises.

Coverage Care believes that the vaccination remains our very best line of defence against Covid 19.

We also believe that having staff and residents who are vaccinated has helped towards seeing a decrease in the spread of Coronavirus and because of this Coverage Care will continue to encourage employees to be vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19.

The vaccine is the best way that workers can keep themselves and those they care for safe from the effects of the virus. Sustaining high levels of staff vaccination now, and in the future, as people enter the workforce, is important to minimise the risk of outbreaks in our care homes, which continue to be high-risk settings.
