This is a brand-new clinical role within Coverage Care. It was created to lead the care of residents with complex and advanced nursing needs, and Steph has shaped it from day one with skill, compassion and real dedication.
As Advanced Nursing Lead, Steph:
- Leads complex and advanced nursing care, making sure it's safe, effective and person-centred
- Supports pre-admission assessments, so every new resident's move to us is safe and well planned
- Makes sure care plans truly reflect each resident's clinical needs, preferences and choices
- Mentors and develops our nurses in safe, confident medication practice
- Works hand in hand with GPs, specialist clinicians and therapists to support residents' complex needs
- Champions quality through care plan audits and clinical oversight
