We are delighted to share that Mischa Marshall, Deputy Manager at Lightmoor View , has completed her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care!
Mischa has worked incredibly hard to achieve this, and she is a real credit to our company. What makes this even more special is that Mischa was our very first apprentice, so we have been able to watch her grow and progress with us every step of the way.
