We're delighted to celebrate two of our shift leaders at Innage Grange, Thomas Watson and Robert Brown, who have both just completed their Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker qualification!
Completing this qualification takes real commitment, on top of the demands of leading a shift in a busy care home. Thomas and Robert have shown dedication, compassion and professionalism throughout, and the residents and the team at Innage Grange benefit from it every day.
