Proud to be a qualified Registered Nurse by profession, I have worked close to 45 years in a diverse range of services within the Health and Social Care arenas.

The first part of my career was spent on the NHS front line before venturing into the independent sector, with the last 30 years in various management roles with private, corporate and charitable organisations, locally and nationally.

My personal core values are the driving force for all that I have done and continue to do, with a relentless passion that people should be cared and supported with kindness and respect at all times by staff that share this commitment.
