Debbie managed Learning Disability services for 18 years before moving to Shropshire Partners in Care, the Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin care providers association.

During this time she focused on building relationships with care providers, leading on workforce development and liaising on behalf of the sector with key local and national stakeholders.

She left the organisation as the Chief Officer joining Coverage Care in 2015 as the Operations Director for 6 years before taking on the role of Chief Executive.
