Our wonderful staff are the very best at what they do, and they love to work with our residents ensuring the very best care is provided. Not only in direct care for residents, but also the safe running of our homes and by helping to foster the brilliant atmosphere we provide to our guests in each of our 11 homes.

Being part of a team of dedicated people whose focus is to ensure that our residents feel safe and completely at home is a privilege and our staff know this very well.

Coverage Care regards the staff as our most valuable asset and we truly value their dedication and commitment shown on a daily basis.


Continuous training

Training is a continuous process for all staff, and we invest heavily in making sure our staff have the right knowledge, attitude and skills.

This training is supported by experienced internal managers and qualified external professionals.

We do this to ensure the staff working in our homes have the skills and confidence to care for those entrusted into our service each with different individual needs.

We also ensure our staff training reflects the very latest trends in medical knowledge, client welfare and communication skills.


Career progression

There are always opportunities to progress within our organisation. Both in direct care and in support services you would expect in an organisation of our size.

We encourage internal applications from our staff to work either in different roles or different homes to further their career and knowledge.

Career progression is positively encouraged, and our management teams do their utmost to ensure opportunities for both progression and additional work opportunities through regular reviews, appraisal and personal development plans (PDP's) are all in place to assist our staff with their careers in care.
