Staff at Innage Grange in Bridgnorth are celebrating after being chosen as one of the best places to work in Shropshire.
The home, which provides specialist care for residential and nursing residents, was picked as ‘Workplace of the Week’ by presenters at Signal Radio which runs the weekly competition for businesses.
To celebrate, staff were provided with a free lunch prepared by Paisley Flour Catering and a member of the radio team visited the home to congratulate workers.
The luncheon was held to coincide with the home’s annual summer fete for residents and relatives, making the occasion even more special.
Innage Grange manager Claire Childs said: “Winning the ‘Workplace of the Week’ competition was a welcome surprise for us all and was a perfect way to end the working week.
“The team at Innage Grange are so caring and compassionate and work extremely hard so they really did deserve this lovely treat.
“It was a fantastic way to kick-start our summer fete and afternoon of activities.”
