Woodcroft is located close to the town centre of Market Drayton in its own beautiful gardens surrounded by silver birch and pine trees.
The gardens at Woodcroft include a patio and offer lots of seating to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
There are 50 rooms at Woodcroft and we welcome people with or without dementia.
There is a varied and interesting activities programme and a recently created reminiscence room to sit and chat about the gadgets and items from yesteryear.
The team at Woodcroft regularly hold meetings with the residents in order to make sure they are meeting their needs and expectations and that the Home is indeed their home.
Special diets are not a problem and the Catering Manager has been awarded a Gold Healthy Eating Award.
