Coverage Care Services Ltd operates in 14 locations throughout Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin. Chillcott Gardens' regulated activity is to provide personal care, diagnostic screening and treatment of disease, disorder and injury. We comply with the Health & Social Care Act 2008 and are regularly inspected by qualified personnel from the Care Quality Commission.
Chillcott Gardens provides excellent outcomes for people who use the service and we also comply with the National Service Framework for Older People.
Chillcott Gardens caters for both male and female adults over the age of 55. We provide 61 single-bedroomed flats and one two-bedroomed flat. We are able to provide care for you in your flat if you require it.
Needs Assessment, Care Planning
No planned admissions should take place without a full assessment of needs being undertaken, either by the Social Worker Team or a Private Needs Assessment by the Manager, Nurse or Team Leader so we can be assured that all your needs can be met. If you are admitted following an emergency situation we will require as much information as possible at the time of admission and the full care assessment should be available within 48 hours so a comprehensive plan of care can be drawn up. We shall endeavour to provide you with all relevant information within 48 hours of admission.
A comprehensive plan of care is drawn up with full involvement from the service user and using the needs assessment. Regular consultations take place with service users to ensure that they are receiving the appropriate care and the Plan of Care is reviewed on a monthly basis, or after 48 hours for respite or emergency admissions.
