"I felt the need to contact you regarding my Mother-in-Law, a new resident of your care, she was admitted yesterday evening 17th at 6pm. It had been a 40 hour vigil by ourselves with Dr's, Social Care etc. and was obviously disorientated and  anxious.
The first impression of your home was what an immaculate environment so unlike other homes we are aware of we couldn't believe it. The two staff who we were greeted by were called Lynn. One was the Assistant Manager and the other looking after my mother in law’s area.
These two employees were absolutely fantastic, not only did the demonstrate exceptional friendliness whilst maintaining their professionalism they instantly gave us the impression that this was a real safe warm friendly environment to trust a relative’s welfare to.
My mother in law was instantly reassured by Lynn when she became concerned and within half an hour they were acting like long lost friends.
Today my mother in law is eating like never before and telling my wife how fantastic she feels about being there. What your staff have achieved in such a short time has not only been for Mary's welfare but the health of my wife knowing she is such a wonderful place.
I know it is early days but thank you and especially the two Lynn's for what they have done so far, you do not know how much this means to us."
