Our People

Each of our homes is looked after by a highly trained team who are there to look after you and your needs.

Support workers ensure your environment is clean, tidy and comfortable to live in.

Care workers   look after your personal care needs , when you arrive one of our care workers will be appointed as your dedicated key worker who ensures that we can offer you consistent care and that your needs and requirements are fully understood and acted upon.

The kind of tasks that your Key worker will be responsible for include:

  • Assisting with your arrival into the Home wherever possible.
  • Assisting you with personal tasks such as bathing.
  • Help with shopping.
  • Meeting and keeping in touch with relatives.
  • Arranging non-medical appointments.
  • Arranging visits and activities as required.
  • Being a friend and confidante.
  • Taking part in care plan reviews and having the special relationship that builds up between care worker and service user it enables us to make sure   the care you receive is always the care that you need.

Catering Managers, are supported by ktchen support workers our catering managers have achieved awards in healthy eating and offer a varied and interesting menu daily.

Administrators, each home has an office administrator.

Assistant Managers have dedicated areas of responsibility around the home and will support the care workers.

Deputy Managers deputise for the Homes managers taking responsibility when the manager is away from the Home.

The Homes Manager has overall responsibility for the operation and management of the home.

Name badges identify all of our staff.
