Julie Roberts has been appointed Operations Manager for Shrewsbury based Coverage Care Services Ltd.  Julie Roberts appointed Operations Manager for Coverage Care Announcing the new appointment, Chief Executive of Coverage Care, David Coull said: “Having doubled our size in the last decade and with an aggressive plan to open new homes and operate more care services, we have promoted Julie Roberts to the new role of Operations Manager, with responsibility for regulation and compliance in our established care centres, as well as overseeing training across the whole company.” “Julie is a vastly experienced and highly qualified care manager having worked for Coverage Care for over 10 years in a variety of roles from care assistant to Registered Manager. It is particularly pleasing to see our own staff being successful and we wish Julie every success in her new role: continued Mr Coull. Sharing her responsibilities with the Head of Operations Beverley Aldridge, Julie will use her experience as a dignity champion with a special interest in caring for those with dementia to extend the company’s expertise in dementia care. Julie Roberts said: ‘I am really pleased to be able to help develop our dementia care training programmes, especially as Coverage Care was one of the first care organisations to offer an RCN accredited training course for its staff.” Living at Glazeley near Bridgnorth, Julie is married to Simon. They have 4 children and 3 grandchildren who she hopes will share her interest in horses and riding. |
