Shrewsbury based Coverage Care has successfully maintained its Investors in People Standard for the fourth time and is one of the most consistent IIP achievers in Shropshire, having first gained the Standard in 2001. 
 
Presenting the certificate on behalf of the Investors in People West Midlands, Linda Henry said: “I am so pleased to present this certificate which recognises that Coverage Care has once again met the investors in People Standard.”
 
“This is a huge achievement. The Standard is very demanding and it‘s not just about what management say is happening, as we talk to people in every part of the company” continued Mrs Henry.
 
Receiving the certificate on behalf of Coverage Care, Chief Executive David Coull said: “IIP is now part of our business culture and proof that we are living our core values as we seek to achieve our mission of making the use of our care services a positive and rewarding choice.”
 
Investors in People has evolved over the years, making it more flexible to meet individual business priorities, more scope for future development and additional recognition for those achieve the Standard.
 
“People believe that they are valued and involved in the organization, that they are getting the right training and the right   skills to deliver first class care to your clients” concluded Mrs Henry.
