Our People
The strategic direction of the Company is guided by a Board of Directors who have specialist knowledge in a variety of fields from social care to finance. The Company is managed day to day by an experienced management executive.
Each of our homes is looked after by a highly trained and dedicated team who are there to support you and look after your needs. These are:-
- Support Workers who ensure the Home environment is clean, tidy and comfortable to live in.
- Care Workers who look after all personal and care needs.
- Catering Managers who devise and plan the menus, as well as cooking the food fresh every day. They are supported by Kitchen Support Workers.
- Administrators. Each home has an office administrator.
- Assistant Managers who have dedicated areas of responsibility around the home and will support the care workers.
- Deputy Managers who deputise for the Homes Manager by taking responsibility of the Home when the manager is away.
- The Homes Manager who has overall responsibility for the operation and management of the home.
